With twenty years of experience leading aircraft sales organizations and multi-national teams to exceed revenue and profit goals, Greg has a proven track record of building lasting business relationships, channel developer, negotiator and sales strategist. He has strong domestic and international aviation business market protocols and experience conducting business with foreign governments and executives across the globe.


Greg's strong knowledge of the industry comes from having worked in the aviation business for over 25 years. Until 2009 he served as Vice President of Pre-Owned Aircraft, where he earned repeated commendations for sales leadership throughout his 19-year tenure with Hawker Beechcraft. 

Significant Results Include:

  • Doubled revenues from international and domestic aircraft sales, while reducing pre-owned inventories from $300M in 2006 to less than $40M in 2009.  Achieved 120% of quota in first year as Vice President and exceeded targets in all ensuing years by up to 30%.   
  • Helped establish an A-caliber team of multi-national sales talent.  Recruited staff, consultative sales, customer care and closing best practices.  
  • Closed some of the largest sales of pre-owned aircraft in the company's history, including a $130M+ sale of 15 aircraft with a 2-year support contract.   
  • Penetrated new markets, landing first-time wins in countries including Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Korea, Malaysia and Venezuela.  
  • Delivered first type aircraft in Mexico and Malaysia, while growing existing aircraft markets in the USA.  
  • Built trust and cemented loyal customer partnerships that have continued to the present day.
